I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night and provided helpful suggestions on where to go and how to get there. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was upgraded for free, providing extra comfort. The location was convenient, as it was close to the Ao Nam Mao pier, where I could catch a boat to Railay beach for only 100THB. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly.
Can't fault the property in any way.

One member of staff was quite pleasant to deal with, and tried to be as helpful as possible. We were able to change rooms when ours wasn't up to standard (albeit a less private room)
While I can appreciate that the hotel is in a remote area and bugs are likely to pop up here and there, I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff when I asked to change rooms because there were lizards in my bedroom. I felt like I was being laughed at, and it was blatantly obvious that the staff were ridiculing me openly in their own language. The staff member who I told about the lizards agreed that it was likely the lizards had entered either through a large hole in one of the floorboards, of through the door which didn't close properly. We moved rooms twice as a result, and ended up in a room much cheaper than the one we paid for. The 'private plunge pool' we were supposed to have, turned out to be nothing more than a stagnant basin of dirty water that looked as though I might catch something if I dared to get into it. The 'restaurant' was an absolute joke. A staff member took my order of a burger and fries, which I could see her preparing in the 'kitchen' from my table. I sat and watched in disgust as she spread mayonnaise on the burger bun with her fingers. She then dropped the burger meat on the floor as she attempted to flip the burger onto the bun. Then, she picked it up and put it back on the bun!!! When I complained about the meal that I witnessed being prepared in the most unsanitary fashion, the staff member who served it started to laugh. Seeing the look of utter disgust on my face, he quickly fetched the manager, to whom I explained our situation. While apologetic, he did nothing else to suggest that the staff member would be punished for her complete lack of hygiene, leading me to believe that this isn't the first time such a thing has happened at this hotel. The staff, with the exception of 1 helpful young lady at the front desk, were extremely unpleasant to deal with. When we went to complain about the room, we were passed on to a staff member who hassled us for a very long time about booking various trips with him.

Independent bungalows, swimming pool, big grass areas and space, friendly staff.
It is not in raily!!!! Its a lie, is not in raily, iTs far away, we got lost because we believed that it was in raily, but in fact you have to take a boat and it will take you to nanmao or something like that, very far away and in the middle of nothing, there is no beach at all, and then we had to walk 30 minutes all around looking for the hotel, and there is nothing around, just a road. We couldnt go out, we couldnt buy in a supermarket, we couldnt go to the beach, just stayed in the room waiting for tomorrow to leave it. The flush in the toilet was liking all the time, if you use the wc then all the toilet is floaded in less than 1 hour. in the restaurant we ordered 2 sandwiches, and the first one took 40 minutes, and the other took 1 HOUR AND A HALF MORE!! and there were 5 people in the kitchen and the restaurant was empty, unbelievable. If you ask for something or order something it always take ages, even the most simple question.

The breakfast is not included in the room rate, but it is available at a reasonable price.

We had a great Christmas stay at this mountain resort. The family who run it were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the pier for day trips to nearby islands but far enough from the noisy nightlife. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed renting scooters to explore the area.
The room we stayed in could have been cleaner and more modern. The breakfast options were limited, but we weren't too bothered since we enjoyed exploring different local eateries.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and we liked the Easter-themed decorations and activities they offered. They had an Easter egg hunt for children and offered free Easter candies for all the guests. the location was also great, as it was close to a pier where we could take a boat to beautiful beaches nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was not properly maintained. the rooms were not clean and there were bugs and lizards in the room and common areas.
